Supports instructional quality by developing and refining literacy curriculum and tutor-facing materials.
Duties:

Develop and revise K–8 reading lesson plans and instructional materials

Align lessons to student needs and assessment data

Create clear tutor-facing scripts, models, and training resources

Organize and maintain curriculum files and resources
-
Collaborate with site staff and leadership to improve instruction

Complete required background check and Child Safety Training

Tutors deliver lessons with clarity and consistency, materials are easy to use, and students show steady progress in reading skills across sites.

Provides individualized one-on-one reading tutoring to elementary-age students.
Duties:

Deliver 30-minute one-on-one reading tutoring sessions

Follow provided lesson plans and instructional materials

Model fluent, expressive reading

Track attendance and complete brief session notes

Support students with consistent encouragement and professionalism

Engage students through structured games and activities in a mentor role

Complete required background check and Child Safety Training

Students stay engaged, complete sessions consistently, and show measurable growth in reading confidence and fluency.

Duties:

Be present and oversee all tutoring sessions at the site

Deliver high-quality one-on-one reading sessions as needed

Coach and support tutors to ensure strong instruction

Ensure lesson plans and materials are implemented consistently

Prepare materials and maintain an organized tutoring environment

Monitor attendance and ensure accurate session tracking

Build a positive, structured, and professional site culture

Support student engagement and behavior across the site

Complete required background check and Child Safety Training

Personal Assistant

Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics
