Compensation & Rank Structure

As a Joy Corps member, you’ll receive an hourly pay based on your rank, which reflects your consistency, leadership, and impact in the program:

🧑🏽‍🏫 Lieutenant – $15/hr -- eligible for promotion after 50 hours

👩🏾‍🏫 Captain – $17.50/hr -- eligible for promotion after 100 hours

🧑🏿‍🏫 Major – $20/hr

Each promotion comes with greater responsibility and greater reward. More details on how to earn promotions during training.
